Job Description
Supervise and manage daily technical operations at the residential site.
Monitor MEP systems, equipment, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Lead technicians and ensure proper shift allocation and work completion.
Coordinate with FM, vendors, and clients for technical issues and AMC activities.
Ensure safety, quality, documentation, and timely closure of work orders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
