Salary
Experienced Candidates: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month
Graduate Freshers: ₹18,000/month

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through outbound calls regarding payments, collections, or sales.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution/payment.
Explain products, services, or payment-related information clearly.
Handle customer queries and maintain qualified communication.
Achieve assigned collection/sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
