Job Summary
Monitor applications, servers, and system alerts using monitoring tools.Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues.Create and manage incident tickets as per defined processes.Escalate critical incidents to relevant support teams.Track incidents until resolution and provide timely updates.Perform routine health checks and ensure application availability.Maintain operational logs and documentation.
