About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and supervise the overall Finance & Accounts function. This is a senior-level role focused on supervision, review, financial control and management reporting, rather than routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Finance & Accounts team and overall accounting function.
Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and financial reports.
Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and finalisation of accounts.
Supervise GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
Monitor investments, balance sheet assets and rental income/collections.
Oversee inventory, receivables, payables, working capital and cash flow.
Review financial performance, margins,



budgets and variance analysis.
Supervise accounting activities across Private Limited Companies, LLPs and other entities, wherever applicable.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other skilled advisors.
Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes and financial systems.
Guide and review the work of junior accounts team members.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile
CA qualification is mandatory.
3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in trading ,or distribution companies will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of GST,TDS,Income Tax ,ROC and statutory compliance.
Robust understanding of P&L;,Balance Sheet,Cash Flow and Financial reporting.
Strong team supervision and management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime/ERP.
Solid analytical skills, ownership and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
