Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final inspection of products and components.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings and specifications.
Identify defects, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Design, PPC, Purchase and Vendors for quality issues.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCR, CAPA and quality records.
Support PPAP, FAI, customer complaints and quality audits.
Monitor process quality and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection techniques.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T; and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 5 Why.
Valuable analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Automotive / fabrication / railway / bus body / manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
