Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Services Executive to support marketing operations and brand activities within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in Pharma Sales as an MR/ABM, along with robust analytical, coordination, communication, and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands.
Coordinate with Sales, Training, Design, Medical, and other departments.
Develop monthly/quarterly marketing plans and track implementation.
Monitor brand-wise secondary sales, doctor coverage, and ROI.
Support field teams with product communication, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.




Track and support effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Work closely with field teams to improve brand performance and prescription generation.
Maintain records and handle day-to-day sales/marketing operations.

Required Skills:
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Experience as Medical Representative (MR) or Area Business Manager (ABM) preferred.
Valuable MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical and grasping ability.
Good verbal communication and telephone skills.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Creative thinking and ability to support marketing initiatives.
Comfortable with desktop work, record keeping, MIS, and reporting.

Pay: ₹10,039.21 - ₹30,062.63 per month
