Job Responsibilities
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
Perform CAT6 cable laying, termination and testing.
Configure IP addresses, routers, switches and remote viewing.
Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power and recording issues.
Attend customer service and breakdown calls.
Perform preventive maintenance and replace faulty equipment.
Visit customer locations in and around Karur.
Maintain service reports and provide proper customer support.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and service.
Positive knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV systems.
Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, routers and switches.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Willingness to travel for field service.
