We are seeking a welcoming and skilled Hostess to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly and qualified attitude
Manage restaurant/lounge reservations and guest seating
Assist guests with inquiries and direct them within the resort
Coordinate with restaurant and front office staff for smooth operations
Handle phone calls and booking inquiries politely
Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to at all times

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic English communication skills required
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
