Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory Maintenance Executive to maintain inventory records, support day-to-day stock-related activities, and handle basic accounting entries. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update inventory records accurately.
Monitor stock movements and maintain proper documentation.
Handle basic accounting entries related to inventory transactions.
Prepare and maintain inventory reports using MS Excel.




Coordinate with internal teams for stock-related activities.
Ensure proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounting entries.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive numerical and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
