Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Team Leader (TL) – Service to supervise technicians, manage workshop workflow, ensure quality repairs, and support the Service Manager in achieving service targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the team of Service Technicians and Helper Technicians.
Allocate repair and service jobs to technicians based on their skills and workload.
Monitor the progress of all jobs and ensure timely completion.
Diagnose and support technicians in resolving complex technical issues.
Ensure motorcycles are serviced and repaired according to Royal Enfield standards and SOPs.
Check the quality of repair and service work before vehicles move to Final Quality Inspection.
Support technicians in identifying repeat complaints and technical issues.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, FQI, and Parts Department for smooth workshop operations.
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and job completion.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
Conduct test rides or technical checks when required.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
Ensure proper handling and safety of customer motorcycles.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Report technical concerns, pending jobs, and operational issues to the Service Manager.
Assist in achieving workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield service processes and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of experience in two-wheeler service, with relevant team-leading experience preferred.
Robust technical knowledge of motorcycles and troubleshooting.
Valuable understanding of workshop operations and service processes.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple repair jobs and manage workshop priorities.
Customer-focused and quality-oriented approach.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
