About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to identify new business prospects and build strategic partnerships to grow our architecture, interior, and smart home business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business opportunities and client segments
Build relationships with builders, real estate developers, and channel partners
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth targets
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Work closely with the sales and design teams to convert opportunities into projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate/interior/construction
Solid network-building and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
