ROLE : Team Leader - SEO

 LOCATION : Mumbai (Marol-Andheri)

 WORKING DAYS : Monday to Friday

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

 Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

 Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).

 Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

 Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better SERP ranking.

 Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.

 Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

 Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO improvements.

 Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.

 Prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports.

 SKILL REQUIRED & QUALIFICATION :

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.

 3–4 years’ experience as an SEO Team Leader.





 Total SEO experience of 5–6 years.

 Expertise in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.

 Solid command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, etc.).

 Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 PREFERRED CANDIDATE :

 Experience in Pharma or Healthcare industry is a plus.

 Robust analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

 Ability to train and guide junior SEO team members.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
