We are looking for a Technical Support Associate – Logistics Operations to support day-to-day logistics activities, customer queries, shipment tracking, and basic technical/process-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and internal queries via calls and emails.
Assist with shipment tracking, order updates, and documentation.
Provide technical and operational support to logistics teams.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Update logistics systems and maintain accurate records.
Identify and escalate technical or operational issues when required.
Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn logistics processes and software.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
