Job Description

Airsoft Gun India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, banking, inventory-related accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and file GST returns and maintain statutory compliance.
Manage bank, payment gateway, and cash reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and other accounting documents.
Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.





Requirements
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Zoho Books knowledge is mandatory
Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS
Solid knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation
Knowledge of inventory accounting
Positive communication and organizational skills
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience in retail, e-commerce, trading, or distribution is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
