Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Policies, with experience applying them in a retail or similar workplace.
Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to the region, with ability to ensure policy and practice compliance.
Experience with Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
Ability to work in office in Tiruppur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience in retail or textile industry HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹245,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
