Job Description:
Grow Learn is looking for a energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Convert leads into admissions/sales
Lead and manage the sales team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track performance and prepare sales reports
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:




Minimum 3+ years of experience as sales TL or 2+yrs as sales manager
Experience in EdTech or service industry is preferred
Solid negotiation and closing skills
Leadership and team handling experience is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
