Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Post for Experienced and Fresher internship programs on various job portals & LinkedIn and Social Media
Connect with Experience and Fresher candidates via calls, emails & WhatsApp
Schedule Interview , counselling sessions & motivate if freshers to join our internship
Build tie-ups with colleges & consultancies, different Software Company Social Media Facebook, Instagram, linkedin
Collect & manage candidate data, apply current scope and idea
Convert Fresher to Join our Internship training program for Software development , apply recent scopes of hiring fresher, issue offer letter, track payment , completion letter etc
Making contents, videos, reel , shorts, convert leads, share recent ideas to generate more sales and revenue and do social posting and Social media marketing
Having laptop will be advantage , Having 6 months HR experience from IT or related IT experience is plus
