Job Brief

We need a site civil engineer to oversee construction work at our building sites. You will turn design blueprints into real structures. You will guide workers, check material quality, and solve in office problems

Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Supervise daily construction tasks, workers, and subcontractors.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and apply structural designs, maps, and technical drawings.
Quality Control: Inspect materials and completed work to meet industry standards.
Safety Enforcement: Make sure all safety laws and health rules are followed in office.
Progress Tracking: Write daily site reports and track work schedules.
Problem Solving: Fix technical issues and answer questions from builders quickly.





Requirements and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven work experience as a site engineer or in a similar construction role.
Technical Skills: Know how to use CAD software and read blueprints.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of building materials, surveying, and local safety rules.
Soft Skills: Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹70,959.53 - ₹80,707.97 per month
