We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B; Service to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with restaurant operations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and skilled manner.
Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to the property's service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
Ensure proper mise-en-place is maintained at all times.
Respond to guest requests and queries promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Assist with buffet setup, replenishment,



and clearing when required.
Support the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.
Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Good grooming and qualified appearance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
