Sales Associate – Retail Jewellery | Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their jewellery purchases.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Ensure proper display and handling of jewellery as per SOP.
Support billing, stock verification, and inventory management.
Handle customer queries and after-sales service professionally.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and personal grooming.
Follow company policies, security guidelines, and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
