Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across multiple industries and locations in India. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across PAN India
Understand client requirements, job roles, and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Maintain solid candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter
Robust knowledge of Non-IT hiring processes and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn and sourcing techniques
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
