Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and project needs.
Explain product features, specifications, designs, quality, and pricing.
Recommend suitable building materials based on customer requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and generate repeat business.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and homeowners.
Maintain attractive product displays and overall showroom presentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, billing, delivery, and installation teams.
Check product availability and assist with order processing.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain customer records, quotations, sales reports, and follow-up details.
Keep updated on current products, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
