Job Description

Sevvi Construction is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftswoman to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and construction drawings and coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Develop approval, construction, and as-built drawings.
Create detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Revise drawings according to project and site requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
Prepare area statements, schedules, and drawing documentation.
Maintain proper drawing records and ensure timely submission.
Visit project sites when required to verify measurements and execution.

Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD.




Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modelling software is an advantage.
Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building standards.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to complete drawings within project deadlines.

Qualification

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, or a related field.

Experience

Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
