Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance qualified with over 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will lead the finance function, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, effective working capital management, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Good at data skimming and reporting.
Monthly MIS report and analysis.
Establish operations controls.
Funds Management and deployment.
Capex and Forex accounting.
Cost analysis for projects.
Inventory Control.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Manufacturing Costing
Budgeting & Forecasting
Financial Reporting
GST, Income Tax, TDS Compliance
Audit & Regulatory Compliance
Candidate will be working initially under the guidance of Team of Professional(s).
Required Qualifications
B.COM /M.COM or ICWA Inter with following areas of specialization.
Experience
Minimum over 15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts is must.
Strong experience in manufacturing costing, budgeting, taxation, compliance,
and financial reporting.
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle
Notice Period: Maximum up to 45 days
We prefer candidates who are currently residing in or around Bommasandra and are willing to relocate for this position.
