Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to handle data entry, record maintenance, document processing, and database updates. The candidate should have good typing skills, accuracy, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases, Excel sheets, and internal systems.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Process documents and ensure information is entered within the required timelines.
Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and clarify missing or incorrect information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer data.




Follow standard operating procedures for data entry and document management.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and maintain high accuracy.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, administration, or a similar role.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
