Supervise day-to-day production activities in the CNC and VMC machine shop.
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve delivery targets.
Manage operators, setters, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure components and assemblies are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Quality, Planning, Purchase, and Maintenance departments for uninterrupted production.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and overall equipment efficiency.
