We are looking for a New Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience to drive current business for an Advertising & Media company.

What you will sell:
Digital Marketing Services, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Performance Marketing, Website Design & Development, Branding & Creative Solutions, Online Advertising and Media Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels
Identify and connect with business owners, founders and marketing decision makers
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing, advertising and media solutions
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals
Build and maintain long term client relationships
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Proven experience in new client acquisition and sales closure
Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills




Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, media services is preferred
Must be target oriented and confident in handling clients

Important: This is a pure recent business development and sales role. Candidates with only digital marketing, social media or marketing execution experience will not be suitable.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
