B2B Lead Management & Telesales
Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on and qualify incoming B2B inquiries generated from IndiaMART, Tradeindia, Google, and Web Ads.
Customer Engagement: Understand client technical/commercial requirements, pitch the appropriate engineering solutions, and coordinate with the technical/design team for detailed proposals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal statuses in the CRM database.
Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with procurement heads, project managers, and system integrators.

Digital Marketing
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and B2B portals to maximize high-intent lead generation.
Content & Social Media: Create and schedule basic digital content (product updates, case studies, videos) highlighting specialized engineering products on LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.
SEO Optimization: Optimize listings on IndiaMART and Tradeindia to improve product visibility and organic inbound search rankings.

Candidate Profiles & Skills
Experience:



1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or digital marketing—ideally within the engineering, manufacturing, or automation sectors.
Technical Familiarity: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts relating to industrial goods like gearboxes, robotic positioners, or automation peripherals.
Platform Expertise: Comfortable navigating B2B marketplaces (IndiaMART, Tradeindia) and running Google Ads campaigns.
Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle industrial clients and corporate buyers.

Pay: ₹12,814.61 - ₹25,139.56 per month
