We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer & Operator to program, set up, and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Program VMC machines using G-code / M-code
Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam / Fusion 360 / NX / SolidCAM, etc.)
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines
Operate VMC machines to manufacture precision components
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
Perform tool offset setting, job prove-out, and cycle optimization
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, CMM, etc.)
Maintain machine condition and follow preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards
Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
