Vari Medical Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable NEET Faculty to join our academic team. We are hiring faculty members across all NEET subjects who can deliver engaging, concept-focused classes and help students achieve strong results in NEET.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality NEET coaching classes for assigned subjects.
Explain concepts clearly with a solid focus on NEET exam requirements.
Prepare and deliver structured lessons, study materials, and practice questions.
Conduct regular tests, discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Analyze student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
Stay updated with the latest NEET syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends.
Help students develop effective problem-solving and exam strategies.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom setting.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure coordinated academic delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
Robust subject knowledge and understanding of the NEET syllabus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
Passion for teaching and mentoring NEET aspirants.
Previous NEET coaching/teaching experience is preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
