MIS OOP – Job Description

Position: MIS OOP (MIS Operator)
Department: MIS / Operations
Location: AARAV KNIT GARMENTS – WAREHOUSE

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, verify, and update data from various departments.
Maintain manpower, attendance, productivity, production, and other operational reports.
Prepare Excel reports, summaries, and dashboards as required.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports.
Maintain and update master data regularly.
Coordinate with HR, Production, Stores, and other departments for data collection.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Support management with required data and reports for decision-making.

Required Skills:




Positive knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, sorting, etc.
Valuable data entry and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prepare reports within deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MIS and data management.

Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role preferred.
Experience in the garment/manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
