We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with expertise in International Accounting and compliance (Preferably UK). The candidate will manage all day-to-day activities in Accounts and Finance and prepare key reports, including cash flow, Debtors, Project progress reports, Management accounts. The role requires a candidate with excellent analytical skills, sound knowledge of Accounting concepts and a command of the English language
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work on day-to-day bookkeeping
Update daily report files in Excel, like cash-flow, debtors and creditors sheets.
Assist the senior with any ad hoc reporting/work.
Prepare various monthly reports for review by seniors.
Assist and do weekly payment runs to various suppliers invoices.
Communicate missing information to the senior or company manager relating to payments/receipts
Update and reconcile credit card payments weekly.
Desired Skills:
Good with basic accounting concepts
Knowledge of day-to-day bookkeeping concepts
Good at Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Good command of English, both writing and speaking
Preferred candidate with E-Commerce.
Working experience under UK/US accounting will be an added advantage.
Having vast knowledge and experience of working with different accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
