Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources and budget requirement.
Understanding of project management principles, methodologies and standard processes.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide direction and guidance to achieve project goals.
Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Coordinating internal team members, external third parties/vendor and other collaborators to ensure resources are allocated effectively for the perfect execution of projects.
Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop recent products, systems, or solutions.
Conduct research and collect data to support engineering projects and initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Perform tests, simulations,



and analysis to evaluate the performance and reliability of engineering designs.
Support the implementation and maintenance of engineering processes and standards.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the development or production phase.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and technicians.
Stay updated with industry trends, recent technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance engineering knowledge and skills.
Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
