ROLE OVERVIEW

The Setup & Onboarding Specialist (SOS) is responsible for coordinating seller onboarding, rack readiness, LMS Library Management System onboarding, Material Library (ML) digital uploads, SOP documentation, and training activities within the Knowledge Center (KC). The role ensures timely onboarding, process compliance, accurate data management, and operational readiness across Immersive Hub (IH), Catalogue Library (CL), Product Live Application (PLA), and Material Library (ML) platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain Category Attribute Templates, SOPs, and training materials.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)



and support team training on onboarding processes and quality standards.
Ensure rack readiness, accessories, nomenclature, and infographic setup before onboarding.
Coordinate with sellers for HOTO timelines, deliverables, and onboarding compliance.
Manage sample onboarding, Library Management System (LMS) entries, tagging, and display readiness.
Coordinate ML digital onboarding including data collection, validation, uploads, and quality checks.
Maintain Management Information System (MIS) trackers, onboarding reports, and status dashboards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets is a must

Pay: ₹25,000.31 - ₹30,000.63 per month
