Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to manage the complete service and workshop operations of an automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for workshop performance, customer satisfaction, team management, service quality, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Service Department and Workshop.
Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor job cards, estimates, billing, and vehicle delivery processes.
Ensure proper diagnosis and repair of vehicles as per company standards.
Coordinate with Parts, Sales, CRM, and other departments.




Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain workshop discipline, safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
Track service revenue, labour sales, parts sales, and other KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide training/coaching.
Ensure compliance with OEM/dealership policies and procedures.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
5–8 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
