Pre-Sales – Defence Business Development

Location: Delhi
Experience: 4–5 Years
Education: BE/B.Tech; MBA preferred

We are looking for a Pre-Sales skilled with experience in defence/aerospace or engineering products, preferably with exposure to MoD, Army, IAF, Navy or Paramilitary Forces.

Key Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement and convert requirements into RFP/RFI and business opportunities.
Handle defence procurement processes, proposal preparation, compliance, submission and negotiations.
Manage customer accounts and support end-to-end procurement activities.
Coordinate technical/commercial estimations, business cases and management approvals.
Manage OEM partnerships, MoUs, work-sharing and contracts.
Conduct market research, competitor profiling and product/customer analysis.




Support regulatory approvals, production/program execution after PO and management/board presentations.
Provide inputs on financials, contracts and business performance.

Mandatory Skills
Experience in engineering product sales/pre-sales/business development for Defence/MoD/Armed Forces.
Understanding of defence procurement, RFP/RFI, proposals and large contracts.
Positive understanding of engineering technology and legal/contractual processes.
Solid analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
