Post Graduation in HR / MSW / MBA with specialization in HR qualification with minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing & marketing organizations.
Solid conceptual knowledge in HR function, positive oral & written communication skills, people- orientation and exposure to computerized workplace will be essential. Experience in medium /large pharmaceutical organizations will be an added advantage.
