Your Role
Welcome and assist customers with their jewellery needs.
Understand customer preferences, occasions, and budgets.
Recommend suitable jewellery and explain pricing, offers & schemes.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Build robust relationships and encourage repeat customers.
Handle customer enquiries and support billing.
Maintain attractive and organized jewellery counters.
Follow up with customers for feedback, reviews, and future purchases.
Work with the team to deliver an excellent showroom experience.

What We’re Looking For




12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.
Tamil communication is essential; English is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales-oriented and confident personality.
Jewellery retail experience is an added advantage.
