Experience: 5 to 10 years in Insurance Broking / General Insurance, with relevant experience in managing a branch or business unit.
*Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations, business development, and revenue growth.
Drive new business, renewals, cross-selling, and achievement of branch targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch team to ensure productivity and target achievement.
Oversee client servicing, renewals, operational processes, and timely resolution of escalations.
Identify recent business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.
Monitor MIS,
business performance, and ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
