6 months to 2 years of experience. BFSI sector experience is mandatory. Candidates from CASA, Insurance, Broking, Wealth Management or similar financial sales backgrounds can be considered. Field sales experience is mandatory; candidates with only in-office sales experience will not be considered. Candidates must be currently based in Surat. Roles:
Generate current leads and business through field sales activities. Identify and approach prospective clients, particularly HNI and UHNI clients. Conduct client meetings and understand their financial/investment requirements. Sell Equity Products and generate business through cross-selling of relevant financial products.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business. Participate in client presentations and explain investment products effectively. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Continuously develop knowledge of equity markets and financial products. Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with a BFSI/Finance background preferred. Basic knowledge of the Equity/Stock Market is mandatory. Valuable communication and presentation skills.
