Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and enquiries.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Understand candidates’ educational background and requirements and suggest suitable options.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the concerned team regarding documentation and completion of the admission process.
Resolve candidate queries professionally and provide excellent counselling support.
Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Update daily call reports and follow-up status in CRM/Excel or other assigned systems.
Participate in admission campaigns,



counselling sessions, and promotional activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive counselling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
Previous experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, or counselling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
