Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers.
Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
Requirements
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam; basic English knowledge is preferred.
