Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to handle end-to-end tendering activities for Government and Private EPC/Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant Government, PSU and Private tenders on various tender portals.
Study tender documents, NIT, BOQ, specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial conditions.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents within deadlines.
Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, costing and comparative statements.
Coordinate with estimation, billing, accounts and project teams for tender preparation.
Prepare EMD, tender fee, declarations, affidavits, undertakings and other required documents.
Handle e-Tendering portals, including tender uploading and submission.
Track tender status, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings and submission deadlines.
Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, results, EMDs and BGs.
Coordinate for DSC, registrations, vendor enlistments and pre-qualification documents.
Assist management in identifying suitable projects and tender opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in tendering,



estimation or business development in EPC/Construction/Infrastructure.
Valuable knowledge of Government/CPWD/PSU tenders and e-tendering procedures.
Experience with GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals and other tender platforms.
Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, costing and tender documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PDF.
Strong communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred
Experience in Civil Construction / EPC / Infrastructure / CBG / Waste Management projects.
Knowledge of CPWD, PWD, PSU and Municipal Corporation tenders.
Experience in contractor/vendor registration and preparation of eligibility documents.

Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates with relevant tendering experience from construction companies may also apply.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
