About the Role

We're looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive who lives in Tally and can own our daily books end to end — someone accurate, reliable, and already comfortable in the day-to-day rhythm of a high-volume e-commerce business.

What You'll Do

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally: bank, purchases (including imports), expenses, and general entries (credit, debit, journal vouchers)

Run reconciliations through Tally utilities across payment gateways and logistics partners, including Easebuzz, Paytm, and Delhivery

Reconcile sales, returns, and orders flowing in from Unicommerce

Keep ledgers clean and up to date, and flag mismatches early Support GST and TDS workings, and coordinate with our CA at filing time

Assist with month-end closing and basic MIS as needed

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on accounting/auditing experience,



ideally at a D2C or e-commerce brand

3+ years of experience with Tally ERP, especially its reconciliation utilities

Comfortable working with high transaction volumes and daily bank, purchase, and expense entries

Experience with Unicommerce is a robust plus

Familiarity with payment gateway and courier reconciliations (Easebuzz, Paytm, Delhivery, or similar)

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
