Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls.
Provide excellent customer service to international clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate effectively with customers to close sales deals.
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation.
Positive negotiation skills.
Ability to work in European shift timings.
Positive computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the German language will be considered an added advantage.
Previous experience in international customer support or sales is preferred.
Experience dealing with European clients is desirable.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Amritsar, Punjab (Amritsar): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
