Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Identify and approach potential customers in Paints, Adhesives, Paper, Packaging, Chemicals and allied industries.
Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and business meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials and orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify recent applications and market opportunities for company products.
Handle product trials, customer complaints and technical/commercial follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities, market prices, customer requirements and industry trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, market intelligence reports and MIS.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
Develop long-term business relationships and increase repeat business.




Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales or business development.
Experience in Adhesives, Paints, Paper, Chemicals, Packaging or related industries preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good customer relationship and networking abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.
Ability to independently manage a sales territory.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/sales reporting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
