We are looking for a skilled Specialist System Engineer – Oracle SBC with 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Session Border Controller technologies, VoIP/IP Telephony, SIP/RTP, and network troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Oracle SBC, Oracle ECB, Wireshark, packet analysis, and communication protocols, along with experience in incident and change management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot Oracle SBC and Oracle ECB environments.
Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, VoIP, and IP Telephony issues.
Perform network troubleshooting using packet analysis and Wireshark.
Analyze network traffic and identify communication and connectivity issues.
Work with DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory settings.
Handle incidents and changes according to established processes.
Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure,



and application teams.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
Follow Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within a technical team.
