Key Responsibilities

Modelling & Drafting: Develop accurate architectural models and construction document sets (floor plans, ceiling plans, sections, and elevations) using Autodesk

Revit Residential & Commercial Projects: Draft layouts for single-family homes, multi-family residential complexes, or commercial spaces (such as offices and retail units) following specific regional standards.

Detailing & Coordination: Create standard details, wall sections, and schedules, while coordinating with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layers.Family Creation: Build and manage custom Revit families (components like doors, windows, and fixtures) as needed for specific project requirements.

Revisions & Updates: Modify drawings and models based on redlines, markups,



or feedback from project managers and lead architects.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related technical field.

Experience: 6 to 7 years of qualified experience in architectural drafting, specifically focusing on residential or commercial sectors.

Residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.

Experience working with architects, consultants, and site teams is preferred

Software Proficiency: Robust, hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit Architecture and supplementary tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of basic building codes, construction materials, and standard drafting conventions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
