Recruitment Coordinator – Spanish Speaking | Night Shift Location: Remote, Canada | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM |

Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Recruitment Coordinator to hire construction labour and security guards for projects across Canada. This is a night shift role to align with Canadian business hours.

What You’ll Do:
Source and recruit construction workers and licensed security guards in Canada
Conduct phone/video interviews in English and Spanish
Post jobs, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines
Verify documents, work permits, and security licenses
Coordinate with site managers and clients to close positions quickly
Maintain trackers and send daily hiring updates
Report to multiple hiring managers based on project needs What You Need:




Fluent in Spanish and English - 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred - Experience hiring for construction or security roles is a plus
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals like Indeed
Familiarity with Canadian hiring requirements, security licenses, or LMIA a bonus
Must have laptop, headset, stable internet, and quiet workspace
Able to work night shift 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM independently
