Marketing Executive – Residential & Commercial

PGH Property Services is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to help expand our client network and generate recent business prospects in the residential and commercial facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients and generate new leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Promote facility management services to residential communities, commercial properties, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:
Experience: 0–3 years in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Facility Management/Real Estate).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
Freshers with strong communication and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
